Extract the file using winrar(Download here)
You should se a folder name "ules.........">>>>connect your PSP to your computer
>>>>>>copy this folder to PSP/SAVE DATA
Now u r done!

So,do I have to go to the Xbox Live Marketplace to do this and if so,can I do this with a Silver Membership?
